IN SHORTSJK Consult is responsible for your data. Our Estonian company is being registered.
SJK Consult is run by its founder, Keshav Yadav, while the company's registration in Estonia completes. Until then he is the controller for the personal data described here; the company takes over once it is registered, and this page will name it. Write to contact@sjkconsult.com about anything on this page.

03In your browser
IN SHORTNo cookies for visitors. A few settings stay in your own browser.
This site sets no cookies for visitors. (Our own team's sign-in page sets one strictly necessary cookie, only for the people who run the site.) Your browser keeps your light or dark choice, whether you have tried the Lab, and a half-filled brief for the current tab only, so it survives a reload. None of it is sent to us until you press send, and you can clear it in your browser's settings.
Your IP address reaches our host with every request, as on any website. We use it for a moment to slow down repeated form sends, and we don't store it with your brief or signup.
04How we use it
IN SHORTTo reply, to do the work you hired us for, and to send the newsletter you confirmed.
To reply to you, to deliver work you have contracted, and to send the newsletter or product news if you confirmed your subscription. Our legal bases are your consent (newsletter and waitlists), steps you asked for before a contract (briefs and calls), contract performance (client work), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
05AI and data handling
AI & DATA HANDLINGIN SHORTThis website sends nothing to AI. On client work, your data never trains a model.
This website does not send your brief, email or answers to an AI model. People read every brief.
We use AI models inside some of the systems we build and in our own tools. On client work these rules apply:
- Your data is never used to train our models or anyone else's. We use providers and settings that exclude training.
- We use AI tools on your code or data only with your written agreement.
- A person reviews any AI output before it is sent to you or acts on your systems.
07How long we keep it
IN SHORTUnused briefs: 12 months. Newsletter: until you leave. Client data: per contract.
Briefs that don't become a project: 12 months, then deleted. Newsletter and waitlists: until you unsubscribe, plus a record of the address so we never email it again. Client project data: as set out in the contract, then returned or deleted.
08Your rights
IN SHORTSee, fix, export or delete it any time, or complain to the Estonian regulator.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. Write to contact@sjkconsult.com; we reply within 1 business day and act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
